One of my favorite uses for these fabrics is the Bento Box quilt pattern - a customer sent in a Bento quilt she made with Animal Skin/solid black and it is just gorgeous. Click here to see her quilt - link to the tutorial is below the pictures!

Bento is one of those fun patterns that looks really complicated, but is really VERY simple to make. To make the throw-size version, you need 2 Animal Skin print rolls and 2 solid black rolls! Or - any 40 strips of colors you like (can be a big mix, for a rainbow or scrappy look) and 40 strips of a solid contrast. The sky's the limit on color combinations that will work!
