(Free Tutorial) Disappearing 9-Patch & Variations!

for 30+ years and now owning a fabric store in some
form or another for close to 20 - until about 6 months
ago, I did not know what a disappearing 9-patch block
was. It was one of those terms I'd heard of but never
taken a second to investigate and never just randomly
ran across or had someone explain to me!
